“Solar Eclipse—Past, Present, Future”
Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 7:30 pm
South Euclid Community Center, 1370 Victory Drive
Presented by Robert McKimm, SE-L Historical Society President
None of us were here when the last total eclipse was visible from our cities, nor will be here when the next comes. Bob is preparing this talk in part from his training as a college physics major, but mostly from the help of an astronomer at Notre Dame College and a media specialist who works with the Great Lakes Science Center and Cleveland Museum of Art. They will have some handouts of filtered glasses to safely view this “once in a lifetime event” that’s coming here starting 2 pm on April 8th.
